Contemporary Clay Jewellery Course

Immerse yourself in a fabulous week filled with creative exploration into the world of Polymer Clay, a revolutionary material used by artists and craftspeople all over the globe.
In this class students will be shown how to get started on the path of creative jewellery making, with an emphasis on the various ways polymer clay can be shaped, stamped, and sculpted to make pendants, beads, and other jewellery components.
You will be introduced to the tools used, colour mixing, layering, applying textures and inclusions for fabulous results. You will learn how to make exquisite wearable art featuring transferred graphics, millefiori designs in gradient colours and lovely patterns. Discover ways to achieve dramatic effects by mixing in other materials such as paints and pearlescent and metallic powders to your designs and experience an explosion of brilliance with foils, metallic paints, translucent clay and fantasy films & fibres.
Open to beginners and those wishing to jazz up their life with an extraordinary jewellery making skill, you’ll find this workshop very addictive.
